Like most successful projects, instruments start with a plan. This ukulele started with the customer's idea and became an actual size drawing to guide us through the building process.

By following the drawing we were able to create all pieces and begin the assembly. 

Here the sides have been bent to proper size,  the back added and internal bracing. The neck joint has been designed and fitted.

The top has been attached and the neck is nearing completion. Finish carving of the neck is next step.

The neck is complete with finished fretboard. All final fitting of neck is complete and the entire instruments is ready for a finish.

The body and neck have been sprayed with multiple coats of lacquer and allowed to cure.

Each piece is then buffed and ready for final assembly.

Ukulele is complete. 

All final touches are finished. It was safely tucked away in a nice hard case and given to a very happy customer!
